Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24.10.2026 (v1.1) · Oʻzbekcha
This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game NEONIX: Neon Arcade (package com.arzucoder.neonix, “the App”), developed by ARZUCODER (“we”, “us”), handles information. It applies to the App on Android and iOS.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect, store on our servers, or share any personal or sensitive data. The App does not ask you to create an account and does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos or files.
2. Data stored on your device
The App saves only the following on your own device: your best scores, the selected language and the sound setting. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.
3. Online multiplayer (NEON ARENA)
NEON STRIKE and CYBER HIGHWAY work fully offline. The online game NEON ARENA connects to our game server (neonix.arzucoder.uz) only while you use it. During a match the server processes: your automatically generated nickname (for example “PILOT-1234”), your in-game controls and your IP address (needed to deliver the connection). This information is kept only in the server’s memory for the duration of the room and is deleted when the room closes. We do not store it, do not link it to your identity and do not share it with anyone. Other players in the same room can see your nickname and score.
4. Analytics and advertising
The App does not contain advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs. If a future version adds advertising or in-app purchases, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell, rent or share any user data with third parties, because we do not collect any.
6. Children’s privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
7. Data deletion
All data stays on your device. To delete it, clear the App data in your device settings or uninstall the App.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Changes will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
9. Contact
If you have any questions about this policy, contact us using the developer email shown on the App’s store page (Google Play or App Store).
Maxfiylik siyosati
Oxirgi yangilanish: 24.10.2026 (v1.1)
Ushbu Maxfiylik siyosati ARZUCODER tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan NEONIX: Neon Arcade mobil oʻyini (paket com.arzucoder.neonix, keyingi oʻrinlarda «Ilova») maʼlumotlar bilan qanday ishlashini tushuntiradi. U Android va iOS uchun amal qiladi.
1. Qanday maʼlumotlar yigʻiladi
Biz hech qanday shaxsiy yoki maxfiy maʼlumotni yigʻmaymiz, serverlarimizda saqlamaymiz va hech kimga bermaymiz. Ilova roʻyxatdan oʻtishni talab qilmaydi hamda kontaktlar, joylashuv, kamera, mikrofon, rasmlar yoki fayllaringizga kirmaydi.
2. Qurilmangizda saqlanadigan maʼlumotlar
Ilova faqat sizning qurilmangizda quyidagilarni saqlaydi: eng yuqori natijalar (rekordlar), tanlangan til va ovoz sozlamasi. Bu maʼlumotlar qurilmangizdan tashqariga chiqmaydi va Ilova oʻchirilganda oʻchib ketadi.
3. Onlayn oʻyin (NEON ARENA)
NEON STRIKE va CYBER HIGHWAY toʻliq oflayn ishlaydi. Onlayn NEON ARENA oʻyini faqat siz undan foydalanayotganda oʻyin serverimizga (neonix.arzucoder.uz) ulanadi. Jang davomida server quyidagilarni qayta ishlaydi: avtomatik yaratilgan taxallusingiz (masalan, «PILOT-1234»), oʻyindagi boshqaruv buyruqlaringiz va IP manzilingiz (ulanishni taʼminlash uchun). Bu maʼlumotlar faqat xona ochiq turgan vaqtda server xotirasida saqlanadi va xona yopilganda oʻchiriladi. Biz ularni saqlamaymiz, shaxsingiz bilan bogʻlamaymiz va hech kimga bermaymiz. Xonadagi boshqa oʻyinchilar taxallusingiz va natijangizni koʻradi.
4. Analitika va reklama
Ilovada reklama, analitika yoki kuzatuv vositalari yoʻq. Agar keyingi versiyalarda reklama yoki ilova ichidagi xaridlar qoʻshilsa, bu siyosat oʻsha versiya chiqishidan oldin yangilanadi.
5. Uchinchi shaxslarga berish
Biz foydalanuvchi maʼlumotlarini sotmaymiz, ijaraga bermaymiz va hech kimga uzatmaymiz, chunki ularni umuman yigʻmaymiz.
6. Bolalar maxfiyligi
Ilova hech kimdan, jumladan 13 yoshgacha boʻlgan bolalardan ham, shaxsiy maʼlumot yigʻmaydi.
7. Maʼlumotlarni oʻchirish
Barcha maʼlumotlar qurilmangizda qoladi. Ularni oʻchirish uchun qurilma sozlamalarida Ilova maʼlumotlarini tozalang yoki Ilovani oʻchirib tashlang.
8. Siyosatdagi oʻzgarishlar
Biz ushbu siyosatni yangilashimiz mumkin. Oʻzgarishlar shu sahifada yangi «Oxirgi yangilanish» sanasi bilan eʼlon qilinadi.
9. Aloqa
Savollaringiz boʻlsa, Ilovaning doʻkon sahifasida (Google Play yoki App Store) koʻrsatilgan dasturchi elektron pochtasi orqali biz bilan bogʻlaning.
